Party Lines’ sophomore release presents a strong danceable and emotional contribution to the Rad Summer catalog!
Party Lines make their return with Fool for Losin You, their second release on Rad Summer. The lead and title song sets the tone for the entire five track project with the group’s trademark 80’s influenced synth funk sounds. Between new lead singer Ed Lanier’s soulful voice and a noticeable maturity in song writing, Party Lines have crafted an EP that is not only danceable but also lyrically compelling. Watch for a video to follow soon!
It has been almost two months since Indianapolis MC Sirius Blvck dropped Light in the Attic, the final piece in his trilogy alongside produced Bones of Ghosts. Since the December release, Blvck has continued to hold the public’s interest by performing live, providing guest verses (listen to this smash), and also a steady stream of visuals off of LITA.
Prior to right now, we have seen visuals for both “Yung Vultures” and “Tribe Quest” (above and below) and today we are happy to premiere the music video for “Backwoods”, quite possibly my favorite track on the album. All the videos have been directed by Sam Mirpoorian and the newest video is a perfect slow motion companion piece to the relaxing, smoked out single that I can’t stop playing. Watch it up above and let us know how you feel. Let this trio of visuals dilate your pupils and know that this is not the last music video from Sirius that you will see this year.
After a brief hiatus and some lineup changes the boys are back! Come see Party Lines perform their new EP, ‘Fool For Losin You’ in it’s entirety Friday, February 20th at The White Rabbit Cabaret. They’ll be joined by Oreo Jones and the GhostGunSummer crew plus The Professor and The Hustler, Mr. Kinetik & Rusty Redenbacher! Only $5 and their new EP will be available at all fine digital retailers Monday February 23rd.
Oreo Jones just dropped the LSD inspired visual for “Fhloston Paradise”, the first single off of his upcoming album Cash 4 Gold!
“Fhloston Paradise” is OJ’s ode to Naptown, inspired by the interstellar vacation destination from the Fifth Element. The video for “Fhloston Paradise” finds Oreo connecting with frequent collaborator and direct of Let’s Do Lunch Nate Karamanski. These two previously collaborated on the vid for “Dream Babe” which also featured DMA. The pair’s style can most simply be described as lo-fi psychedelia. Cash 4 Gold is set to drop this spring!
Oreo Jones and co are back with Episode 2 of Let’s Do Lunch, brought to you by Noiseporn! For this episode, we’re graced with a performance from Sirius Blvck, Abbi Merriss (bluebeard, secretary of steak) stops by to cook a dish, and Jon Rodgers of Musical Family Tree stops by to discuss the latest on his going ons in the Indianapolis area.. Of course, the usual cast of characters also join Oreo’s twisted cooking show. #chreece

Sirius Blvck Just Dropped the Visuals for “Tribe Quest” Featuring Oreo Jones and DMA!
“Tribe Quest” the first single from Sirius Blvck’s latest project Light in the Attick has received the visual treatment courtesy of director Sam Mirpoorian. Much like the song, the video is a psychedelic layering of various elements that ultimately forms a successful composition. The track was produced by Bones of Ghosts and features additional vocals from Oreo Jones and DMA and Matt Riefler on engineering. You can download the song for free and buy the album on most digital retailers.
In the words of sponsor Noiseporn
“Let’s Do Lunch is part cooking show, shennanigans, public access show, music performance, and artist introspectives. Noiseporn is honored to host the new season! It’s all about good down to earth cooking, music, and fun shit.
Season 2 of Let’s Do Lunch premieres with Jon Brooks (hipster maybery brunch guy) and many more guests. Public Access never will be the same again. Special performance from Sedcairn Archives. For the ‘After Potty’, an exclusive toilet to toilet interview with the one and only J Brookinz.”

Since his 2007 debut as the frontman for Indian City Weather, Sirius Blvck has been leaving his mark on the Indianapolis music scene as one of the city’s premier emcees. With Indiana City Weather, Sirius released two album that blended the group’s diverse backgrounds in hip-hop, funk, and rock.
